At Mobenki we listen to our customers! One of the more popular request by our users is to make an app to list the Progressive Payments required at various stage of construction for home buyers of Developer projects in Singapore

Under the standard Sale & Purchase (S&P) Agreement of properties in Singapore, purchasers are required to make installment payments (a.k.a. Progress Payments) at different stages of construction a Developer Built housing project.
